Tuy nhi\u00ean, t\u1eeb ng\u00e0y 15\/08\/2023 vi\u1ec7c \u0111\u0103ng k\u00fd xe m\u00e1y s\u1ebd \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng theo quy \u0111\u1ecbnh c\u1ee7a Th\u00f4ng t\u01b0 24\/2023\/TT-BCA do B\u1ed9 C\u00f4ng an ban h\u00e0nh v\u1edbi lo\u1ea1t thay \u0111\u1ed5i v\u1ec1 \u0111\u0103ng k\u00fd xe.
